Employers are now setting the agenda for diverse recruitment processes, with massive opportunities for 'best practice' recruiters but many others left behind, says the head of Diversity Council Australia.
For many staffing companies, diversity is on the agenda, but mostly in response to client demands, CEO Lisa Annese tells Shortlist.
"This is not recruiters driving the agenda; this is Australian businesses making demands of recruiters."
