Adcorp Group is shifting focus so its Australian brands operate less as subsidiaries and more as part of a global business, with expansion plans recognising the local operation's significance to the group, says staffing boss Jason Trevethick.
"In the past, the businesses operated a little bit independently; we were more of a subsidiary to the South African operations," he tells Shortlist.
"Now the focus under [group CEO] John Wentzel is certainly very much that we're a global organisation and that Australia and South Africa are one business."
